Tony
You should move to Los Angeles. Nobody knows or cares who Arod is. However, you may get the middle finger for coming to a complete stop at a stop-sign.Leave a comment:

Re: Show us your sports-related license plate
Not sports related but my license plates say IMA JEDI
The day I put them on my car, I drove to the gas station and as I was paying, the Punjabi gas guy said "May de Forzz bee whitch joo" Easily made my day.
Oh and OtisMalibu, a Pinto with spinners and a lift kit was pure comedy gold.
This thread is hysterical.
I had to change my license plate from "AROD13" to "1 NYY 1" because of the "middle finger" abuse I was taking.
Once I changed it to 1 NYY 1, I get nothing but "thumps up" and positive comments (except from those Red Sox fans).

I don't know if I posted this before (too lazy to look), but 50-year Chicago Ballhawk Rich Buhrke has plates that read "SOXCUB1".

Anyone else in IL get the notice that you can get your plates replaced for free due to some bad batches that prematurely rust?Leave a comment:

Re: Show us your sports-related license plate
My Illinois plates have been "NBA MJ 23" since the early 1990's. I've only had them stolen once. Waiting for them to show up in an auction somewhere as having been used on Jordan's vehicle.Leave a comment:

Re: Show us your sports-related license plate
Determining value to a pre-owned car is not an exact science.
And if the interior is damaged due to say, oh, flood damage, then I think it's perfectly acceptable to add a new facemask, I mean interior, to make the vehicle look historically accurate.
Can anyone provide photographic evidence that would suggest a factory Pinto wagon came with spinners and an 8" lift?Leave a comment:

YES! Otis, I guess you know the dealership. Except they only guarantee 28% of my "pre-owned" vehicle. The 100% Team refuses to use the term "used". Determining value to a pre-owned car is not an exact science.Leave a comment:
