Banning someone on ebay from your auctions

Can anyone tell me how to ban a bidder from bidding on your ebay auctions? I think it's possible, but I can't find the correct page on ebay to do it.

On your My Ebay page at the top right corner there is a link for "site map"... click that...

under "selling activities"... there is a link for "block bidder / buyer list"

that should get you what you need

Once somebody is blocked, can they still see items you have for sale or have purchased?

Yes, but you can't bid. I know because I turned an ebay seller into Mitchell & Ness for selling knockoffs, and now I can still see his items but can't bid on his legitimate products for sale. Oh well.
