    Thought this might be a fun thread... and maybe pick up some new quotes...

    My favorite is in my signature from Don Drysdale when during an interview, he was asked about his record for most hit batters and why he hit so many...

    Drysdale replied - "The skipper tells me he wants me to walk this next guy, so I plunk him. I figure why waste 4 pitches when 1 will do?"
