LOL. Milledge looked absolutely terrified on his first at bat vs Strasburg

I'm there. My seats are a couple of rows behind the visitor dugout so I hope to get a good angle for the first pitch. Then, I'll cut the photo down and paste it on cardboard and put it on eBay for $16k.

Somebody has repeatedly listed a Strasburg Team USA jersy on eBay, with a minimum bid price of $2K. I've been seeing that listing off and on since at least last October.

Saw Strasburg in the AZ Fall League last year. He seemed like a pretty good kid - he seemed to be signing a lot.

Agreed. Could you imagine spending $16k on a Mark Prior, Kris Benson, Paul Wilson, Brien Taylor, or Ben McDonald rookie?

Reaches towards insanity, it's already there. Wow! Does anyone think that the eventual winner will actually follow through on paying for the card?

Seriously though, when has a modern day baseball card ever sold for this much? Its not like its a vintage T206 Wagner or anything. And as someone said earlier ITS NOT EVEN AUTOGRAPHED!!!!!!
You can get his teammate and fellow rookie Drew Storen for 6K or less in the same set.
