A troubling trend and that is why if you list an item and a Buyer emails you with a Buy It Now price, take it because at least you know they will pay.

On the same eBay note, I just got back from a year away and started selling again. So far, 75% of my winnning bidders have disppeared after winning. Now that you cannot leave a negative is this the new trend?Leave a comment:

Called up ebay toll free number and got this issue solved. The problem is under choose payment method. This is a buyer protection and the seller needs authorize there credit card for reimbursements. Ebay takes out from my credit card per month. To list period. You are supposed to have all of that information even a back up. Like bank account etc. Yesterday I can list and today I get that message. Does ebay have a toll free number or should I can up paypal? B.F.Leave a comment:

Hi,
Today I tried to list some items on ebay. I got a message saying
"Attention Sellers: Please place a reimbursement payment method on file".
You are supposed to have that already before you can list on Ebay. I had no problems listing items yesterday. Is it a Ebay problem or was it a buyer asking for a refund? If that happenes there should of been alert message placed on my messages. I see none. Why did I get that message. Anyone else is having that problem? B.F.
