That SUCKS! Riggs is a good man and a buddy of mine. I was hoping to see him this weekend when the Nats came into the Cell to play the White Sox.
I think Nationals' management screwed up big-time on this one by not extending him, as the Nats were improving.

Quitter. Walked away because they wouldnt extend him. Finish the season, honor the contract and deal with it. If I'm running a team I'm not knocking down his door to run my squad...Comment
