Wow!!! I think it's great for the Dodgers because they need someone at the helm who takes baseball seriously --- as a game and not a business. I, for one, believe Torre is a chance for the team to regain its image from the glory days. And he'd find a way to keep the thugs out of the park. I love the guy.

Should be interesting when it all comes down to it. Torre's team, Magic Johnson's team and who knows whomelse. Anyway you shake it, I think (and hope) that a good ownership group ends up with the team.
