Best Super Bowl Commercial

Not sure if this thread was done but as I was digging around youtube today, I found a couple of neat Super Bowl commercials. The 1st one was shot with the help of Curtis and the gang at the Helmet Hut.

I used to work in advertising for 4 years or so. and the Super Ads have reall gotten piss poor in my opinion.

The "best" ad is always the one that sells the most product. Never confuse funny, slick, clever, creative, or entertaining ads for marketable, believable, results orientated, and presuasive CAMPAIGNS.

Entertainment in ads should only be used as a complimentary component to drive home the emotional reaction that the product gives us. No person buys products, they buy what the products DO for us.

For example, no one buys jewelry for any logical value, only to obtain the emotional reaction for who the buyer is getting the jewelry for.

I've gotta admit...two of the commercials starring dogs had me in stitches...Skechers and the racing bulldog and the Doritos ad with the dog who killed the cat.
