Question about mistaken MLB Authentication

Currently on ebay is a Varitek short sleeve undershirt. When I check the MLB hologram it comes up as a varitek locker room tag. Also, the accompanying steiner letter makes no mention of the fact the jersey is autographed, although it does seem to describe the jersey otherwise. The Steiner holo is in the collar while the MLB is in the tagging area at the bottom. Has anyone seen these types of anomalies before?
