I hope no one is wearing #'s 1 to 4. Imagine the challenge flag when some opposing coach claims he thought some kicker standing on the sidelines was a down marker

I said it in another post and I'll say it here, as a die hard Steelers fan it is nice to see tradition being honored. Plus, they are 1000% times better then those monstrosities the Seahawks now call their permanent uniform.
Are they any worse than these? And yes, I used to own this jersey and even wore it in public in 1995. I was a young man then, of course...

Man! in black and white they are really channeling their inner criminal. That being said, I think this is an amazing idea. I believe every team should look back in their history and wear the most iconic or obtuse uni. I'd much rather see these than the futuristic abominations.

Every once in a while, some outlandish jersey just seems cool to me, while many do not. Something about these, I really like. Can't wait to see them in action.
Re: Steelers wearing dynamite throwback jersey next season...
They wore a nice jersey in 1967 with the "superman cape" top that I have been waiting for them to use as their throwbacks but to no avail. Interestingly, there is a debate whether the new throwback was used in 1933 or 1934. The Gridiron Uniform Database shows it as a 1933 jersey. Also, pictures of the Pirates from the newspapers in 1934 show them wearing a different uniform.
