First, let me say that I'm being completely sincere here...

This is why I love Cubs fans. To be loyal to a baseball team for multiple generations of losing is what baseball is all about. Prediction: When the Cubs finally win a World Series, after all the excitement has died down, Cubs fans will look back with nostalgia at the less successful teams of the past (1969, 1984), and think of those seasons as their true identity.

Who would want to trade that for a new plastic stadium with jacked-up ticket prices?
The Cubs DO offer on-field tours, usually on Saturdays when they're on the road, as well as a couple of summer events that allow fans field access at non-game times. Check www.cubs.com for information.

This should be a new thread, but here goes:

    - Impossible parking
    - One big urinal (you'll only understand this if you've been to the men's room there)
    - Brick walls in outfield? Someone is due to die
    - Stupid location
    - No foul grounds
    - Too many female fans discussing Real Housewives of (name city) instead of paying attention to the baseball game
    - No bullpens
    - Too many male fans with their shirts off in the bleachers (why?)
    - Too many fans more determined to drink as much beer as they can before they pass out or are asked to leave
    - Over 100 years without a World Champion
    - They still blame a fan for 2003
    - No video replay (what's that screen now in right field anyway?)

I'll let others continue this list...
