I just received a Facebook message from Derrick May. His father, Dave, passed away today because of cancer. His dad was an OF with his best seasons in Milwaukee and his winningest in Baltimore. He also played briefly for Atlanta and Texas in an 11-year career.

Dave May might be actually best known for as the player traded from Milwaukee to Atlanta in the Hank Aaron trade prior to the 1975 season.
