    When you sign in at the bottom by clicking "Post Reply", you will be directed to the "Reply to Thread" page.

    Scroll down to "Additional Options" and you will see ""Attach Files"

    Click on "Manage Attachments".

    A new window will pop up in which you can upload files directly from your computer, or enter a URL.
