how was this ascertained? in previous discussions with lon lewis, who has acknowledged to be in possession of mcauliffe/a's order sheets from the period, jackson's orders from the period only show size 42s being ordered.

Rudy....Those shown by Lon were knits. Flannels are totally different fits.
