Johnny Pesky Game Used 1949 Bat. Mears

I have a Johnny Pesky Red Sox game used H&B L 16 bat for sale. It's pinpointed in the ordering records to 1949. It's 34.75 inches long and 32.6 ounces. It was given a 6.5 grade by Mears due only to light use. However, they state that there are some deep stitch marks and bat rack marks on the bat. The markings, finish, etc. remain in nearmint condition. Pesky had a great year for the Sox in 1949 setting the table for Teddy Ballgame. You'll see some of Pesky's game used stuff come up from his coaching days but you never see items from his playing days. Very rare item from Mr. Red Sox.
