Sales Feedback System?

While surfing another forums that I am a member on, a softball forum, I noticed that the formats were nearly the same for both that and this site. On the softball site, there is sections in the forum where members post items for sell such as the one we have here. There is also a sort of feedback system, A "GTG" list as it is called. Basically, it is a list of all the guys that you have had a positive transaction with. Most people on the site add the persons name to their list when they complete a transaction and they are visible in both the buyer and sellers signature. I know that it sounds like a hassle to update the signature everytime you sell or buy something, but I thought that this might be a good idea for this forum as well since we can not view others ebay auctions and check their feedback via links on this site anymore.

I know that alot of people deal with the same people on here numerous times, but this could also help with the new members as it would help to show and gain trust amongst both the buyer and the seller.

My vote is to leave feedback for eBay. Personally, I like it as a buyer and hate it as a seller. I have 100% of 1000+ eBay transactions, but it is only because I have such a hard time leaving negatives for poor buyers...I fear retaliation.

Every time I buy something from an off auction site - such as GUU, I usually will make a post like "Has anyone ever heard of"...and I get 5 or so responses. Based on that, I can get a good idea of a seller's rep. I think that that is the best way to handle it here. Just my two bits.
