    I'm just trying to figure out exactly what the issue is. If a sale is as cut and dry as usual, why are there posts on here questioning the methodology? I don't think anyone on here would legitimately go sounding off if everything was kosher.

    Can you share your side of the story, please?

      Well said..and that is EXACTLY how it went down. I am not saying that this is how Woodfern does all their deals. I just had a bad experience and would like the other board members to know.
