i have a letter from the rays with my name on it. i can make a copy of it to go along. i was sent a copy of the game by a membet here, but cursi is not in it. i mainly got it to see toby hall and his gear.

Kind of confused what you mean by you got it to see Toby Hall?

1. What's the MLB hologram number on the helmet, and what does it say regarding the helmet?

Not sure if this helps, but Scott Cursi is the bullpen catcher, not a roster player, so unless there is film of a pitcher warming up in the bullpen, you probably will not see Scott wearing this helmet.
