Hello & Happy Holidays everyone. Up for sale is a 1983-85 labeling period, Darryl Strawberry S2 LVS game-issued bat. This bat was obtained by my grandmother from the equipment manager of the New York Mets in Maybrook, NY in either late-1985 or sometime in 1986 (I was 16 at the time and don't recall). I, then, had it autographed by various members of the Mets teams from that time period. All autographs were obtained at either The Baseball Card Shoppe in Fishkill, NY or at the Holiday Inns of Newburgh, NY or Middletown, NY. The autographs on the bat are: Darryl Strawberry, Dwight Gooden, Keith Hernandez, Gary Carter, Howard Johnson, Kevin McReynolds, Ronnie Darling, Mackey Sasser, Keith Miller, Kevin Elster, Sid Fernandez, & Wally Whitehurst. I guarantee all autogrpahs for life. The bat does not have any use, but was described as being "used" in Spring Training. I think that "use" is being swung around with a donut, as there are slight scratches around the barrel that may be from a donut. I hope these pictures suffice, but, feel free to ask any questions.
