          I received the Carlos Zambrano bat. You advertised the bat as UNCRACKED. The bat you sent to me is significantly cracked and repaired. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

              Be careful with this seller. I purchased the game used Carlos Zambrano bat thinking it was Uncracked as the seller notes. The bat I received is badly cracked and repaired. The seller denies that the bat they sent was cracked. So I guess the bat was cracked by the US Postal Service and then repaired by them prior to delivery? How can you deny the bat was cracked? I have the bat in my possession and it is cracked and repaired. Buyer Beware.

                  We have photos of the bat for those who need to be careful. The buyer can send the bat back C.O.D.. The buyer would rather file a complaint with their credit card. Complaint with credit card usually = free bat. Go ahead and send the bat that we sent you back you'll get your money.

                              Post the pics. Let's all have a look and draw our own conclusion as to whether or not the bat was cracked and then repaired prior to mailing it to me.

                                  I purchased the Carlos Marmol bat from this seller and his communication was great with me through the entire purchase. I was very impressed with his professionalism and promptness...I received my item three days after I paid for it. The bat I purchased arrived in excellent condition--good signs of use. When I asked him to send additional pictures of the bat before purchase he did.

                                  So I hope this will help future buyers see that this seller was a class act when it came to my transaction with him and it looks like Tfig27 was happy with his purchase of the Prior bat from the comment he posted
