I have included pictures of the Steve Young and Stan Jefferson jerseys.

The Steve Young has wear spots such as pulls, piling and hit marks that include both paint and material rub wear.
There are no repairs and it has not been authenicated.
As far as photo matched, it is interesting to note that in 1996, when looking at Getty Images, that Steve Young's jersey numbers had two different fonts that year. The fonts were fatter in the early part of the season and changed in the latter half. The font of my jersey match the latter half of the season.
