New York Jets Throwback Jersey

Offered is a New York Jets authentic throwback jersey. The jersey was worn and later signed by Larry Grantham on January 1, 1994. I purchased the jersey from B&E Collectibles.


The jersey was made by Champion and is a size 52. The jersey is complete with; Champion and New York Jets official team tagging, NFL 75th Anniversary patch and is hand signed by Larry Grantham. All of the numbers are sewn onto the jersey. The NOB has individual letters sewn onto a nameplate and the nameplate then sewn onto the jersey. The jersey has elastic side inserts as well as elastic sleeve ends. Make no mistake; this is not some store bought throwback jersey. It is an actual team issued professional jersey that cannot be bought in stores.

I have attached a scan of Larry wearing the jersey. He is in the bottom row, 2nd from the right.

No, it's a mesh jersey. The Jets definately made this jersey to professional standards. As a example, the spandex used to make the jersey.

-Under the sleeves, there are spandex inserts.
-Spandex side panels DO NOT stop at the bottom of the sleeves. The spandex runs up the along side of the sleeve and stops at the seam connecting the body of the jersey and the shoulder.
