Most certain the letter "C" is for his son Corey and "G" for his daughter Genay.

Most likely the "T.S." is for Tony Saunders who was under going a painful rehab during the year 2000 only to break his arm again .

I almost 100% certain on the C and G . I am making an educated guess on the TS .

Search Getty Images for Vaughn's pictures and you will see shots of him that show initials written on the back of his helmet ......
