      Welcome to the forum. That's a pretty nice collection you have. While keeping up with the World Cup, I wondered how many people collected g/u soccer jerseys. What do they go for over there? Do soccer jerseys have special tagging? If not, how can you tell gamers from retail shirts?

          ABOUT COLLECTING, IN ITALY THEY ARE ABOUT 400 PEOPLE WHO COLLECTING MATCH WORN AND PLAYER ISSUED SOCCER JERSEYS AND MORE WHO COLLECTING OFFICIAL REPLICA BECAUSE THE PRICE OF MATCH WORN JERSEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE. IN ALL THE SHIRTS OF ALL THE TEAM OF FIRST AND SECOND DIVISION THERE ARE SOME DIFFERENCES FROM THE JERSEY WHICH ARE FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC IN THE SHOPS (FOR EXAMPLE IN JUVENTUS TEAM THESE YEAR THE NIKE SWOOSH IS IRONED BUT IN REPLICAS IS EMBROIDERED)

              Thanks Tony. That's interesting. And no apologies necessary for the "bad language." Believe it or not, your post is easier to read than some of the natives' around here ! I'm not aware of anyone who collects g/u soccer shirts. There are probably a number of them (especially with the MLS teams), but I really wouldn't no where to look. If you're interested in trying to network with any of them, start a thread on the "Game Used Memorabilia Discussion" board. You may end up with a lead.
