these are both authentic game worn jerseys no question about it. that said, notice the different goodman tag. you cant ALWAYS count on the manufactures to be consistent with their product, its not an exact science. think they used an older tag for the odd size (43) jersey.

Excellent observation. Perhaps a cost cutting move on Goodman's part to reuse the older odd size tags what were not commonly used up from previous year(s). Here's a photo of other sized Goodmans and as you pointed out only the size 43 is different tagging.

Very well put ... there are many inconsistencies among item characteristics for jerseys, bats, and equipment. It would be nice if everything was consistent, but these manufacturers were/are not in the business of producing items for the purpose of collecting.

I just checked with a friend who has Magadan's size 43 home jersey from 86 and the Goodman tagging is exactly the same as the my road.

correct if i am wrong but the 25th anniv patches looks different from each other ?? is that normal that in 80s the sewing are not perfect like todays ???

The one on the left appears lighter than the right due to the flash on my digital camera. Both patches are the same size and color. The positioning will vary due to the stitching not guaranteed to be in the same place on all jerseys.
