Simeon Rice super bowl season game worn jersey + DVD

I have a white 2002 (02-46) game used Simeon Rice jersey, I got the jersey from 2-3 auctions ago from grey flannel. I did some research and I am 90% sure the jersey was worn at Cincinatti that season, there are ORANGE hit marks that can eitehr be from 2 games that year at cincin or vs. the browns, I will give the buyer the DVD of the bucs vs. bengals game from 2002, there is a camera shot during the gmae that I think i can see the identical hit marks, but I am not positive...

I am looking for $390 for it
