I've handled a dozen Murcer gamers and 11 of the 12 had the thumbguard removed. It's hard to believe they all fell off. Have you noticed the same trend?

Hi John - yes, you see very few Murcer bats in the market with the thumbguard still attached. If you look at my blog under the Experts Corner, I have a couple of great photos of bats which include the thumbguard pictured, as well as a photo of Murcer at the plate where you can clearly see the thumbguard.
