Oddball Item: Babe Didrikson Golf Club Head Cover

    Hi everyone,
Now this may not qualify as "game used" but it certainly is an interesting piece of history and equipment. I have a golf club head cover from Babe Didrikson Zaharias' estate. She was one of the greatest female athletes ever and a 1932 Olympics Gold Medalist.

Persumably, the cover was used to cover one of Babe's clubs (she was a legendary golfer, as you know) or her husband George, who was also a great golfer. The head cover is red with gold trim a number 4 on it and says "Cape Coral Country Club, Cape Coral, Florida" and then "First Flight" at the bottom. This was likely used for either Babe or George's 4 wood and is a tremendous piece of history. Because I have been refocusing my collecting efforts, I am open to any and all offers for it. In my mind, "all offers are created equally" so if you have any interest or would like to see a picture, please email me at stkmtimo@yahoo.com

    Thanks,
    Tim

Something I forgot to note: The cover was obtained from Todd Mueller Autographs who purchased it, along with other pieces of Didrikson memorabilia, directly from her estate.

    Thanks,

Since I need to move this, the first offer will get it. Please let me know via email at stkmtimo@yahoo.com

It's also a great vintage piece for a vintage golf display you may have.

      Thanks,
      Tim

Anyone interested in this piece? I'm ready to sell at a very rock bottom price. Let me know at stkmtimo@yahoo.com

It comes from the Babe Didrikson estate and would make a nice addition to a collection or in a vintage golf display.

        Thanks,
        Tim
