All,
I am in the process of making a couple of key purchases for my collection and unfortunately need to part with a few pieces in order to raise funds. Here are a few items out of my personal collection that I'll willingly part with for this purpose. Please feel free to make me a reasonable offer for any of these if interested (TNT_Toys@yahoo.com)... thank you!!
1. Ron Darling game worn jersey. Light use on this gray road jersey from the 1993 season, when he pitched 31 games for the Oakland A's. "Oakland" scripted across the chest, 2-year elephant with bats sleeve patch, velcro under the front logo, back nameplate. Russell size 46.
2. Todd Hundley "HOT ROD" game used bat. Light use on this uncracked KC Slammer ProXL bat that features both Hundley's name, his nickname "Hot Rod" and "N.Y. Mets" beneath. #9 written on both ends of the bat.
3. John Olerud game used bat. Medium to heavy use on this Rawlings Adirondack blue ring bat from Olerud's greatest year - 1993. Not only did he win the batting title this year by hitting .363, but he was a World Series Champion. Lots of ball marks, rack marks, pine tar, etc. Olerud's #9 on both ends of the bat as well as his signature on the barrel. Small handle crack that was profesionally repaired.
You could probably conclude by this email that I am trying to refocus my Mets collection more towards the 80s...
Nick
