Philadelphia Eagles Vintage G/U Helmet & G/U Football

Offered are two vintage Philadelphia Eagles game used and/or worn items. Both are to be sold as a pair. Cash preferred but would consider a trade for an Eagles 1960’s era game worn jersey. If interested, contact me at flaa1a@comcast.net if you have any questions. I will be happy to answer any and all questions as well provide additional scans if necessary and pricing. Thanx for looking, Jim Papaycik

Item 1: A game used football presented to Philadelphia Eagles’ legend Timmy Brown for his exploits on October 23, 1966 against the NY Giants at Yankee Stadium. In this game, Brown rushed for 100 yards and had 5 receptions. The Eagles won the game 31 to 3. The football is a Duke “Thorp” that has been hand-painted and later hand-signed by Timmy Brown.

Item 2: An Eagles Riddell Kra-lite suspension helmet. The helmet is a TK-2, E74 with Dungard facemask. Inside the helmet, the number 37 appears above both ear-holes. From the era of the helmet and the numbers inside the helmet, Tom Woodeshick may have worn this baby. Wilbert Montgomery, Harold Carmichael and Dick Vermeil have signed the helmet. The only negative aspect on this helmet is, there are two tiny holes that were drilled into the top of the helmet. These holes were drilled into the helmet so the helmet could be displayed inside the Hall of Fame at old Bush Stadium.
