Yup, it's the same old fraud and deceipt... Eric banned him on his last day as full-time moderator, but I think the rules must have changed since Eric stepped down from that role. It seems that chronic fraud and mistreatment of forum members is not enough to get a person banned any longer. I feel terrible for the long list of victims.

ken said he would send me the will clark bat and i could pay him once i got it and i said fine that was on may 24 here it is the 29th and he said its still not sent he thinks i would not send the money (actually i would if it ever got sent) i guess i will never own the will clark bat for my collection, but why tell a guy your gonna send it in good faith and not send it...............unlike some people i pay for what i get....... i even tried to give the guy credit to send it guess that won't happen guess what i pay for my items and i send out what i sell hope one day you'll do the same KEN

As an FYI, given the repeated offenses to forum members, Ken Golem has been banned from this site.

As per the forum rules "The decision to warn or ban a member will depend on the infraction and is solely at the discretion of the Administrator." In this case, Mr. Golem's tactics have proven to be incongruent with the goals of this site and will no longer be tolerated.

THANK GOD i am sure some of you are tired of me bring this up and for that i am sorry but i just don't want anyone else to get screwed over by this liar,cheat, and i pray one day, KARMA gets him back..... he never answered me why it wasn't sent in the first place he keep saying he sent it over and over, yet it never did, it just sucks becouse i wanted that in my collection, its a shame a jerk like him still has it, i swear i will do everything in my power to never let anyone else get screwed over by him, we all know he will get a new name on here lets just hope everyone works together to keep our eyes out for a low coward............. thanks to everyone how tried to help........ i will always help anyone out i can on here....... Chris, thanks for this update. Just curious - since Eric banned him initially, why was he allowed to come back? He was back for quite a while - long enough to make more than 100 posts and become a senior member (and cause another string of problems for GUF members), which strikes me as somewhat nuts. Perhaps I'm missing something, but I thought I'd ask since this has had me scratching my head for a while. I do think it's helpful that he was banned again and thanks for your good work in general.

And it's just a matter of time before he's back on GUU with yet another userid (if he is not already). As I've suggested before (as has another long-time GUU member), moving to an ID Verify system would be a tremendous help with keeping fraud on this site to a minimum. Just a suggestion.

moving to an ID Verify system would be a tremendous help with keeping fraud on this site to a minimum. Just a suggestion.

Reid - I think that is a great idea. eBay has the ID Verify option thru Equifax. I signed up for it for $5 as it adds that extra layer of security for anyone that wants to bid on my auctions on eBay.

It should be required to bid on ebay. I think it is garbage that you can get your account suspended and just go sign up for another one. I guess they wouldn't make as much money that way though.
