Phila. Eagles Game Worn Suspension Helmet - 1974

I am offering a Philadelphia Eagles Riddell Kra-lite II suspension helmet with Dungard facemask. I am told that the Dungard facemask is a very rare style that was seldom seen or used by NFL players. From a sticker inside the helmet, the helmet is a TK-2, E74. The number 37 appears above both ear-holes. The clock inside the helmet dates the helmet’s manufacturer to 1974.

The helmet appears to be all-original with only two exceptions. First, on the inside top of the helmet, the diamond crown bumper has been removed. And, there are two tiny drill holes on the top of the helmet. These holes were drilled into the helmet so the helmet could be displayed inside the Hall of Fame at old Bush Stadium.

When I got the helmet, Wilbert Montgomery, Harold Carmichael and Dick Vermeil signatures already appeared on the helmet. The signatures look authentic to me but since I did not see the signatures actually placed on the helmet, I cannot attest to the authenticity of the signatures.
The price is $599.00 and I pay for postage.

Questions? No problem. Just email me at flaa1a@comcast.net and I will be happy to answer any and all email requests.
