What we have here is a 2004, Um.. Game Used.. (in the sense that it was used above his locker during the game) Locker Room Nameplate of Yankees Coach Rich Monteleone. There is no photomatching this one, sorry folks. However, it was from the Mother's Day/Breast Cancer Awareness Day game on 5/9/2004 @ Safeco Field, so there's only one with the Pink Ribbon. The MLB authentics Hologram # confirms this: MT00428401
