I was able to recover it through my insurance (not the shoes, but I get at least most of my money invested). In my case, it was not a difficult process because I was able to provide them with a solid proof. I pretty much just provided my agent with the correspondence that I had with the buyer as well as the PayPal information showing I fully refunded the buyer. I'm not quite sure if the buyer was ever contacted by my agent or not, I didn't bother getting a hold of the buyer since I was already advertised here on the forum in a negative manner. Anyhow, there were other items too that were stolen that I was able to recover. Thanks for asking!
