JOHN BUCK 2009 Kansas City Royals GAME USED BAT. Photomatched to Homerun on 7/30/2009. Bat is an Alex Gordon signature model Louisville Slugger H238, Flame finished Ash, with the collectible 125th Anniversary Barrel stamp.
This bat was manufactured 4/7/2009 and still has Alex's #4 on the knob and in the cupped end. It was borrowed by teammate, 2010 A.L. All-Star catcher John Buck. John Buck broke the bat on 8/2/2009 at which time the bat received two MLB Holograms one handle (LH 367334) and one barrel (LH 367335).
Prior to being broken, John Buck slugged a Homerun with this bat in the 8th inning on 7/30/2009, note the perfect matching of the grains in the game action screen shot to the back of the barrel.
And photomatched to a game winning RBI single in the 11th inning on 7/28/2009.
Also photomatched to the breaking of the bat in the 5th inning on 8/2/2009.
