I'm not sure what you mean by LOA to its source. A Team Loa or equipment manager loa?? It only has a third party loa from Mears. Mears gave the jersey a grade of A8. They gave the jersey 3 extra points for "player characteristics" I believe. I don't have the loa in front of me right know. Most modern day basketball jerseys just get a grade of A5.

Sorry about the wait didn't see the thread. The jersey has the outline from where the memorial band was. Maybe the jersey was carried over for the next season.
