Any Pat Borders bats out there? Or other Borders GU equipment?

I saw the helmet, but I wasn't comfortable with it. The Jays didn't change over to that logo until after Borders left. He resigned with the team in 1999, but he wore number 29, not his (in)famous #10 during that period, so I wasn't confident that that helmet was in fact worn by Borders.

Some sites online state that he wore #10 during part of that 1999 season, but he only played a total of 6 games with the Jays that year, so the amount of use on that helmet seemed a bit much for my tastes.

With all of that in mind, I wasn't going to spend over a hundred dollars on an item I had too many questions about. That being said, I'm always in the market for game used Pat Borders equipment

With you mentioning Borders' stint in the Rays minor league system, I checked out the other organizations he played in without making it to the bigs, and the list of bats I need just doubled!

Major League Teams I need:
-Houston Astros
-Chicago White Sox
-Seattle Mariners
-Minnesota Twins
-California Angels

Teams he played for but never made it to the bigs with that I need:
-Tampa Bay Devil Rays
-Texas Rangers
-Milwaukee Brewers
-Los Angels Dodgers

If you ever do decide you want to part with your Tampa Bay bat, let me know!

I don't know if you know this, but Borders played for the Devil Rays, but never made the big league squad.

I have a Devil Rays bat of his, I don't know if I want to sell it. But you never know.......
