I was just looking at Rob's website. He also has a Nomar Garciaparra Pawtucket Red Sox jersey:
The Schilling shirt, though, is the one that he wore while working his way back to the Bosox. After his tremendous, gutsy perfermance in the 2004 playoffs and W.S. (when he pitched flames with a bloody, torn up ankle), he had to have surgery. This was his rehab jersey. I can't imagine there are too many better Pawtucket shirts than this one ... actually thought about adding it to my own collection for a bit.

I agree.....I love star minor league jerseys. Its like the beginning of blossoming career !! I have several minor league jerseys including a Canseco Huntsville, and my favorite a Pawtucket 1984 Roger Clemens..Awesome.

Forgot to mention that I have Rickey Henderson's primary uniform that he wore with the Newark Bears as he worked his way back to the majors for his very final stint ... with the L.A. Dodgers. The uniform is very heavily used (pants, belt, jersey, cleats, bat, etc.). I agree with you, Juan, that some minor league unis/jerseys can be very special.Originally posted by GrndSlm

I have a Kelly Shoppach 2003 game used jersey that is signed by him with a "Game Used 2003" inscription added. The jersey is a Nave Blue Alternate. I also have ...although not Pawtucket....a Cla Meredith Portland Sea Dogs 2005 game used road jersey. The jersey is signed by Cla with "Game Used 2005" added. Also comes with Team COA. Let me know if you are interested in either or both.
