I recently picked up a mint in box american association ball. It has EDWARD DOHERTY as president. Any information on on the value and age would be appreciated.

To date the ball, he was the President of the American Association from approximately 1952 to 1960, then was named G.M. of the Washington Senators. The ball would be of most interest to Minor League collectors. Good luck.

I had a similar football and put it on eBay about a year or so ago. I can't remember exactly how much I got but it was under $100.00. My football, on a scale of 1-10 was about a 5.

Hey, who can figure eBay out? Give eBay a shot maybe you'll do better especially since you football has the original box.
