Clipper Bats -- Little Rock, Arkansas

A friend of mine has an old bat marked "Clipper Bats, Little Rock Arkansas."

I can not find any info about this bat company on the internet. A great guy on this site gave me some info on the player (Earl Brown...a minor leaguer in Arkansas in the 30's), but I still can't find anything on the bat itself.

Any help would be great. Thanks guys

This doesnt answer your question, but I found a Clipper bat on Ebay that I thought was still on there, but when I read your post I went to look for it and I cant find it. It didnt have a name on the barrel so I didnt think twice about it. If I find it I'll definitely let you know.

Either way, I found this thread with two people having the same Clipper bat of Lee Milam. I cant remember if yours was No. 225, but these Clipper bats are definitely out there and seem very interesting for one to research them.
