Is is Mantle?

Came across this 8.5 x 10 inch negative. Guy had it marked as Mantle. what do you guys think. Very tough to tell but maybe some Mantle experts can chime in. Thanks in advance.

im no where near a mantle expert to make any official statement of who it is.

But just from being a fan of Mantle, it does not look like him at all if you look at the silhouette of the players face it does not look like mantles shape

He's wearing striped stirups and a white button on top of the cap. Minor league photo? Looks like an older Mantle though.
