HELP: Wool baseball uniform - British American

Hi folks,

I purchased this vintage wool baseball uniform on Ebay and wanted to ask for help trying to date the era and possibley find the team. I believe that it may be a "British American" Tobacco Company team, but am not sure.

Rawlings tagging in both jersey and pants.

I am guessing 1947-1950 era. judging by the Rawlings tag. Nice piece.
