HELP: 1951 signed baseball (Red Sox, St. Louis Browns, Pirates, Braves)

This is an unique signed ball. Inscribed "USAF WORLD SERIES KEESLER AFB SEPT 1951 JOE BELER". It is signed by Bill Enos? who has added St. Louis Browns; Terry Moore "Phillies"; Hug? ???? "Braves"; Buddy L??? "Cardinals"; Fred Hofman? "St. Louis Browns"; Howie Haak "Pirates'; Wog Rice "Red Sox'; George Digby "Red Sox"; Stan Dobard? "Yankees"

From my searches...it appears that Moore was a former pitcher who managed the Phillies and Wog Rice and Howie Haak were scouts...but the others have me stumped.

Any help would be appreciated!
