IMHO this site suffers terribly when the for sale section is gone. It has to hurt your "stickiness" and web stats, as I find myself far less interested in this site when it's gone. I'm sure I'm not alone in that regard. The auction is cool and all, but really had NOTHING of interest for me for my niche collecting interests, so it's not like offering the for sale section is going to cost you on the auction side of things. Just my worthless two cents...Comment

Though I would agree that not having the For Sale section on this site isnt as much fun. I would have to say though that I find myself coming to this site every single day for all of the information I learn from the 2,500+ members/collectors on this site. The free information is obviously priceless and is very appreciative. If the only thing you are coming here is for the "For Sale" section, it might be that some of you are here for the wrong reason. I'll admit, I was one like that too at one time. Then I started learning about things I never even heard of, then I started coming back for more.Comment

I don't think the above it totally true !
"Sharing Information Freely" could also mean "Sharing Items For Sale Freely as well"
For if someone has something to sell and wants to share that information freely with the people they network with here on this site .....can that be done ????......
for networking can mean many things..... TRUE ?????

The Politicians are so freaking stupid here in Florida , you have to have a car to get around .....
The voters of Florida voted for and passed a resolution for a Light Rail System , but somehow Jeb Bush nixed it .....
Not sure how in hell he pulled that

The new platform is in it's final stages. We are finishing some modifications that came out of our initial testing and completing the necessary QA. In addition, there have been a few other things GUU has been involved with recently which has prevented us from finishing it earlier.
We are targeting trying to release the platform sometime between July 11th and the 18th. Again, please enjoy using the site for its original intent and we will have the new platform up when it is ready.
