With my collecting interests focused on Portland Beavers and Philadelphia Phillies game worn knit jerseys from the 1970's/1980's, I've been waiting over 25 years for a game worn Portland Beavers 1981 Luis Tiant jersey. I'm aware of his only black road knit with N.O.B. in a private collection, however, the owner simply refuses to part with it.



I had the same interest in obtaining Willie Horton's 1981 Portland Beavers, and was able to secure all 3 shirts he wore (home white with N.O.B. road black with N.O.B. and alternate red). It took me over 20 years to add these to my collection, and I have no doubt I'll be able to add the Tiant in the near future.

A Shawn Moore jersey, ideally from UVa, but I'd settle for anything at this point, whether it was from his time with the Broncos, the WLAF, or the CFL. I'd even settle for the jersey from his 1998 stint with the Baltimore Cowboys of the Professional Flag Football League.

I thought of a few more:

Ralph Sampson - I haven't even been able to find one of his NBA jerseys for some reason.

Herman Moore and Chuck Foreman - I went to college with Moore, and Foreman is from my home town. There are obviously items from both guys out there, but for some reason I never seem to find out about them until after the auction closes.

Geoff Blum 2005 White Sox labeled LS I believe he only orderd 12.

Raul Casanova Game Used bat from 2005 White Sox. The team states they don't excist. Only had 5 at bats and never ordered any bats through team.

Seriously, I think he gave that stuff to his family or it's hanging in his den. He only made AS one time, right? Probably pretty important to an under appreciated guy like Ray.

Ozzie Guillen's famous pine tar helmet from his Sox days. It showed up on eBay a couple years ago but I don't think it met the min. and I haven't seen it since. Anyone here have it?
