Could someone please help me photomatch my Sheffield helmet?

Do you know what year the Sheffield helmet was worn in? It should say that on the Steiner LOA. Mine was pretty easy to match to a Getty image, after searching photos from late in the 2004 season.

Your helmet, like mine, looks like it has a ton of scuffs on the shell. That should help significantly. The rear number on my helmet is a little scuffed too, which made the photomatch simple. The Damon helmet that another forum posted is matched well too. I'm sure the mark on the front logo helped that collector out.

Markings and scuffs to the logo and numbers make photomatches easier, especially with low res pics. However, with all the shell scuffs, I would imagine photomatching your wouldn't be too hard, provided you know the year it was worn in.

Kevin Youkilis batting helmet photo matched to the 2007 ALCS and World Series. Would love to have Manny's batting helmet but he keeps it every year.
