I am always skeptical of private auctions. Why would someone want to hide the high bidder's name from users? I am of the opinion that there is never a legitimate reason to hide the high bidder's name, especially with the new system of blocking names during a current auction.

Sorry, but that Ryan jersey is about as BOGUS as they come

They NEVER wore that flag on the sleeves back then and the "R" logo on the other sleeve is waaaaaaaaaaaaay off too... it looks like a bad Frankenstein'd jersey

Chris - Those are absolutely awesome items! I am so jealous. Especially with the Kaz Matsui batting gloves. If those aren't too expensive, I would like to score a pair of my own.

For May I managed to pickup a new fav bat of mine. It has such nice woog grain and a great finish on it! And it was verified by BMH to be an official game issued bat. It is a Edgar Martinez Game Issued bat, who is a possibility for the HOF as he was one of the only hitters to have career marks of .300+ BA, .400+ OBP, .500+ SLGP, 500+ Doubles, 300+ HRs, and 2000+ BB's! I would imagine that a game issued bat like this is pretty rare especially since he is no longer playing.

that is doctored up all the way! russell jersey, rawlings tagging, 90's flag; what a mess!
i have an 88 set 1 ruben sierra and the tagging is way different.

Here are my 2 newest pick ups. A 2003 Brewers Alex Sanchez home jersey which is my favorite piece ever and a rookie year fielding glove i got for EureakaDave which i photo matched to his minor league and rookie year.
