Just picked up a nice Bert Bell "The Duke" Thorp Wilson NFL gameball that was used during one of two match-ups between the Chicago Cardinals vs. Pittsburgh Steelers in 1957.

Part of the documentation that came with the football is a newspaper clipping with a penciled notation that reads, "Missed pass in the end zone Matson batted it out of the Matthews' hand - Cards vs Steelers".

Probably one of the nicest Bert Bell footballs that I have ever owned.

Just picked up this uncracked Maggs gamer. This bat has got to have the lowest grain count I have seen. The bat is such a light color it looks like it could be made of bone! And the fact that there are such few grains showing really makes this bat unique! I think there are just 10 grain lines across the top of the barrell. Talk about Pro-Ash! Truly a beauty!

Went to the Phillies Phestival today and picked up a Pat Burrell game used 2007 jersey, also got a So Taguchi signed SS OMLB and my Greg Dobbs game used bat signed. I met someone off the form but he didnt say which member he was.

Just got my Chris Young (SD) GU Padres Jersey (signed) that I won on MLB.com. Nice looking jersey and big (size 54) signed. The pic (from the auction) doesnt do the item justice. Hopefully he bounces back from the injury to have a good 2nd half. I will take some better pics and repost.
