Re: October Pick Ups
I received all these bats today in the mail. These bats will be great additions to my ever growing Brewers collection. All the bats show great use and are great looking. The Ryan Braun bat is unused but still a great looking bat.
Thanks,
Jamie

Re: October Pick Ups
I just opened the mail and got my 18th Ron Gant gamer. This one was a surprise in that it is by far the best early gamer of his that I've owned. It has a ton of use, great details even down to red dye residue on the handles from the batting gloves Gant used to wear with the Braves.

Scott:
Thank you. Andy in my mind is the best in the biz. I have bought from him many times. He actually was the first person I ever purchased a game used item from. And that was 10 years ago when I was kid. He's a class act and great guy that is always willing to pass on helpful information. He's awesome!
Regarding the Eddie Murray bat, I'm not a Murray collector by any means but that bat just caught my eye. Thanks for the compliment.
BagBig: Thanks for the interest however I’m not looking to move the bat at this time.Leave a comment:

Re: October Pick Ups
Just got these in from Tim from hall of fame bats. I'm surprized mlb did not grab the renteria bat to test. Also what type of glue do you guys think i should use to glue the Nate Mclouth bat back together, or do you think i should leave it alone. If anyone comes across a photomatch will pay money. Re: October Pick Ups
Tay,
I just saw that Murray on the Vintagebats site and I will admit, that is one of the sweetest Murray's around! I've bought from Andy before and he is a very picky collector and seller of game used bats. You got a beauty and just in the nick of time as I was gonna make a play for that one. Congrats.

Re: October Pick Ups
Picked up many bats in the last 2 weeks.
- 3 Placido Polanco bats, including a pink mothers day one, a very well used Louisville Slugger, and a Marucci with the biggest knob I've ever seen.
- A Craig Monroe 2006 world series bat.
- A Magglio Ordonez "the dream" bat, probably the most used bat I have.
- Also picked up 3 Victor martinez bats from 2006. They show lite use and are uncracked in great shape. They may be available because I think I need to stick to one team! I may put them in the classified section. Email me at shortx517@hotmail.com if you may be interested.Leave a comment:

Re: October Pick Ups
Chris,
Yeah, it is. The deal was made for the bat back in August. When money was received the seller thought he had two 2006's but could not find his other one so he sent my money back. In all, we worked something out for it in now and it finally reached my hands for good. I guess I was sooo excited I pryed it out of his collection I posted the bat before I acutally received it. Dumb on my part. haha.. But I got it now.
Did you get my email last night?
Thanks,

Re: October Pick Ups
Three (3) vintage White Sox caps. From left to right, the caps were made by Tim McAuliffe, KM Pro and Wilson.
