    Based on the center labeling and model number without lot or year code this Flynn is from mid-1979. Starting in the middle of 1979 Adirondack changed the center labeling to the one on your Flynn (a departure from the 71-79 labeling). They didn't start putting lot and year codes into the knobs until 1980. Though in rare cases there are 79 bats with a lot and year code (123 9) that do exist.

    Few pick ups. Brett Boone bat with Barry Larkin's number on the top and bottom. Deion Sanders bat from Marge Schott's estate auction. Austin Kearns and Aaron Harang bats.
